SOON A FULLY DEVELOPED NEIGHBORHOOD

The development of the area has already come a long way, and when the neighbourhood is completed, 8,000 people will live here, 12,000 people will work here and 11,000 students will study here. In addition, it is estimated that approximately 8 million people will visit the new city district in Copenhagen every year, largely due to the area's broad offering of restaurants, cafés and shops

When the Carlsberg City District is completed in 2024, in addition to the approx. 58 shops, 36 restaurants and cafés will have opened their doors, and restaurant and café premises will become available on an ongoing basis. The premises for the upcoming restaurants and cafes are available in several different sizes, providing various options for your concept.
