Burger Shack

At Det Grønne Køkken, fresh ingredients, delicious, healthy salads and not least bagels and sandwiches are in focus. The fact that the people behind the counter are super nice as well only elevates the experience further.

Dolores

At Kildepladsen in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen's top chefs and restaurateurs have opened the doors to yet another very special eatery in Carlsberg Byen, where the only dogma is that the ingredients must be excellent. You'll find plenty of sharing-friendly comfort servings such as Korean fried chicken, glazed shiitake mushrooms and rarely seen cuts of fish.

Gasoline Grill

Gasoline Grill’s burgers have been voted among the world's best – and you can have them served from a historic building in the middle of the Bryggernes Plads square in the Carlsberg City District.

Hooked

The last few years, there has been no getting around the hip fish restaurant Hooked. With their lobster rolls, salmon burgers and poké bowls, they have literally sunk their hook into Copenhageners, and their popularity is unmistakable. In both 2018 and 2019, they won the title for the City's Best Street Food.

Hotel Ottilia

Lĭquo

The man behind one of Carlsberg City District's most highly rated restaurants, Surt, has opened a wine bar next to the romantic J.C. Jacobsens Park.

Madklubben

Madklubben and Home of Carlsberg has opened a new restaurant and bar in the historical Carlsberg breweri buildings from 1847.

Studio

At Studio you can spoil yourself with an extraordinary food experience. Here, the star of the meal, is the danish ingredients of the season, which are selected and refined in the kitchen led by the Michelin-recommended chef Christoffer Sørensen.

Surt

“At Surt, guests will meet a cosy, informal atmosphere where you are at eye level with the pizza chefs, and everyone is welcome. We focus on making really good pizzas, but our menu will also be broader than that,” Giuseppe Oliva explains to migogkbh.dk.

The Fat Greek

At The Fat Greek on Tapperitorvet square you can get a taste of Greece. The eatery serves authentic, greek, gyros which you can enjoy in the restaurant or as takeaway.

Tramonto Rooftop

At the top of Hotel Ottilia, a new restaurant has seen the light of day. Tramonto Rooftop is the name of the new concept, where authentic Italian cuisine is served alongside an unsurpassed view of the Carlsberg City District and the rest of Copenhagen.
