Data ethics policy
Our work with data ethics is based on the Data Ethics Compass from the Data Ethics Council, and we place a special focus on the following areas:
COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA
The data we collect and use can be both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable data. This is primarily data in relation to our development and sale of homes as well as rental and sale of commercial premises in the Carlsberg City District.
We primarily use data collected i) directly from customers, ii) via an approved third party iii) from publicly available sources. We use the collected data for marketing, statistics, analysis and development in order to increase the understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
Our customers have the right to request access to their information, and we must state in connection with each request what information is stored and processed about the customer and on what basis the processing takes place.
We safeguard the security of the processing of personal data and other data and ensure that this data is not stored for a longer period of time than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is being processed.
